Prayer...

Prayer to implore favors through the intercession

Blessed John Paul II

O Holy Trinity,

We thank you for giving to the Church Pope John Paul II

and because it has reflected the tenderness of Your Paternity, the glory of the cross

Christ and the splendor of the Spirit of love.

He, trusting completely in your infinite mercy and in the maternal intercession

Mary has shown us a living image of Jesus the Good Shepherd,

indicating holiness, high degree of ordinary Christian life, as a way

achieving eternal communion with You.

Grant us, by his intercession, and according to Your will, the graces we implore,

with the hope that he will soon be numbered among your saints. Amen.

Today more than ever we need the peace of the Lord scatter on our lives, our homes, in our country and around the world.

There are many dear friends who are in other lands, far from their families, their friends and experiencing extreme situations, difficult or painful.

That is why we invite you to join in this prayer daily, praying for these intentions and for all those who are in our hearts, and thus, forming a chain of love among all, we feel that we are not alone, even difficult our situation or how far away we are.

Reflection...

Kill the error, erring love

Any other methods of prayer?

These days, with the influence of Eastern religions, there are many Catholics who are being led by non-Catholic doctrines, but of the New Age. And this is seen especially in prayer, neglecting prayer methods that have taught the Saints and accepting the sentence as yoga, reiki, etc.. Watch out! Because these media are trying to unite prayer to the divine, but not a personal deity in Christianity, that through prayer we are united to God, who is a Person, but in these meditations and prayers one is about bringing the pantheistic God, to energy, to become one with God, and we know that wanting to be like God was the sin of Lucifer and Adam and Eve: "Ye shall be as gods," said the devil to our first parents.

The Catholic Church is rich in resources for prayer, why look in pagan religions, Oriental, which are in error, the means to speak with God, the Saints still have many other miracles demonstrating that they had reached a close union with the True God?

Within the Catholic Church itself there are many, including priests, who advise yoga or other of these practices, and has even been said that a "Christian yoga". This is a very serious mistake, because all forms of prayer and meditation on these practices lead to union with God than the One God, the Holy Trinity. And we know that if we do not worship God at the end we ended up worshiping the devil.

Many people who have embraced these practices end up losing faith. And while the search for a well is good, seeking relaxation and a healthy body is good, Jesus taught us that we must renunciarnos ourselves and follow the way of the cross. So that fever to seek welfare, and the "feel good" can sometimes come from the Evil One, who shouts, as he once shouted the Jews crucified Jesus: "Low Cross".

Be careful about wanting to feel good and look at other means outside the Church the solution, because we expose ourselves to deal with the demons that make us happy in this world but we tortured in eternity.

Message...

Message of Mercy

Flock.

No one is saved alone or conviction alone, but if you save also saves a lot, and if convicted, will do so with others who influenced.

And the Lord has given us as a flock of souls which must lead to heaven with our good works, our word and our prayer and suffering. This is a great mercy of God toward us, because the Lord wants us, like Him, the attribute of mercy.

Indeed if God does not remedy all the ills of men, not for lack of power or means to do so, but only because he wants men to take advantage of the misery of our neighbors to rescue and make us so merciful, and also receive God's mercy, we all need to save us, because we are saved by justice but by pure mercy of God.

Let us mind that God, each one of us has given us a small or large flock, even if we are no priests or bishops, by the mere fact of being Christians, we are pastors and to lead souls to heaven with which we relate in some manner.

God wants to reward us, but we do receive the award merit and good deeds will be rewarded by God.

Server...

serve

A mother is happy when you can serve your children, help them all, and give his own life to save the lives of their children.

Thus hath the Lord Jesus Christ with men, who are his children. He has acted as a mother of mankind and has come to save us from the tyranny of Satan, that we had caught and tied to the death.

And the joy of Jesus was to be delivered by us men, because as He said to his apostles had come to be served but to serve.

And we also, to the extent we want to be happy, we must learn to serve God first, because anyone who serves God is happy in this world, and secondly also serve the brothers for the love of God, and then yes you will find meaning to our lives, which sometimes seems so futile and useless. If we serve, then I'll fill our souls with the joy of knowing that we are useful to God and neighbor.

Seek, then, to be happy, a time to serve others, either by entering a charity group in the parish, or practicing works of mercy, corporal and spiritual, or simply taking the best for our loved ones, the award is great, because if Jesus said that not a glass of water given for love go unrewarded, how much more the Lord will reward us if we do not just water, but the most valuable thing we have: our life, our time, the spiritually or materially needy!

Then one of the secrets to happiness in this world and the next, is to serve God and man.

Evangelio del día...

sábado 11/AGO/12

Evangelio del día

Mt 17, 14-20.

Ever...

I do not like the word always

We are relieved to think that our loved ones
live all our lives, which will
with us until the end.
That all pregnancies go to term,
that all babies be born healthy
and live for many years.

We strive to jurarnos love for life,
even knowing that is just wishful thinking.
In love, as in life, the "lifetime"
the "never", we soothe, relieve us of thinking
at worst, in death, in the unexpected,
in pain, the injustice of the imponderables.

And when things do not go as we wanted,
we can always blame fate, bad luck.
The truth is that life is handled very different,
startles us, confuses us, angers us, changes us
plans, and when we used it to us again
to change. And that eventually, when we look back,
everything got better. Sure, if we could see.

Maybe we should live more delivery
more naive, less demand.
Perhaps we should understand that people,
situations are in our lives for something,
and sometimes the presence of an additional subtle enough
for a great learning experience for a big change.

There are better friendships that last a lifetime,
than those that last only a few days.
There are better relations forever
fleeting than those that can move us
life. The intensity is not related
with the permanence in time.

Nothing is forever, and when we understand
So understand that every moment spent with someone,
every subtle moment of life, has a message for us,
we can think about something, and sometimes enough a few
seconds to grab the message and continue our way,
or to free the other to follow his.

Sure it's nice to have friends of a lifetime,
father, mother, children, lasting forever.
Sometimes we are privileged to count on it.
But other times, the touch is fleeting, almost imperceptible.
Sometimes we question or what had
to spend it in life.

I learned that when you give it your best,
and take what life or the other person has
to give, you can move on in peace, knowing
that contact has been possible, and that something good
will leave it. And basically, we can let
the other depart in peace, without claims
without guilt, without rancor.

Every second is an eternity, in fact, eternity,
is but a succession of moments.
