La infancia espiritual

Juguete de Jesús. 

Como lo hizo Santa Teresita nosotros tenemos que pedir al Niño Jesús ser su juguete, para que el Señor haga de nosotros según su voluntad y “capricho”, porque lo que importa es que Él esté feliz y que no sufra más, y si nosotros le podemos dar un poco de alegría y diversión al Divino Niño Jesús, entonces no rehusemos nada de lo que el Señor nos vaya pidiendo.

Pero atención porque los niños tienen mucho cariño a sus juguetes preferidos, y si bien a veces los tratan bruscamente, también es cierto que los aman entrañablemente, duermen con ellos, los miman y los cuidan. Así también Jesús Niño procederá con nosotros, que queremos ser uno de sus juguetes preferidos, para que Él haga y deshaga a su antojo, dejando todo en sus benditas manos, y recibiendo de él todo el amor de que es capaz un Dios.

¡Cuánto nos amará Jesús si hacemos así, y dejamos que Él sea quien gobierne nuestra vida y haga lo que quiera con nosotros! En esto consiste la infancia espiritual, es decir, la santificación, porque la arcilla debe dejarse modelar por el artesano, y si nos dejamos “usar” por Dios, entonces sí que veremos cosas grandes en nuestra vida. Y en el Cielo veremos la gran gloria que hemos dado a Dios, salvando almas.
