Jesus, the Good Shepherd prototype

The figure of the Good Shepherd calls us to:
-Be less chiefs and pastors of the Church.
-Ask God we need more pastors
in the Church and less heads in church.
-A not put excessive weight on the shoulders of others
load and, when necessary, to one who, perhaps,
is a little tired.
-A not content with those around, and yes,
out of our circle with courage, to recover,
while those who were lost, we lost,
or let them escape.

The figure of the Good Shepherd urges us to:
-Not being church officials and other persons
they want to be happy carrying the message of Jesus.
-Look into the eyes of those who, perhaps, have forgotten
or marginalized because we were uncomfortable
or prophetic for our lives.
-Make a greater effort in knowledge, and less
in judgments on those who from our position
privileged, punished with the whip of indifference.

The figure of the Good Shepherd leads us to:
-Ask for those who perhaps are immersed
in thousand solitudes, the edge of the "crash" personal
or a "break existential".
-To be concerned by that the veto put him in our fold.
-Healing the wounds caused by the excessive hardness
arch with one or ... the softness and consent
the same staff with others.

The figure of the Good Shepherd teaches us:
-Saving people, with specific names,
living conditions of orphans and disappointment,
of apathy or indifference.
-To understand and release (not dig) in the personal stories
of those who live under the weight of them.
If God forgives us ... why not?
-To give life, in gestures and words, decisions and closeness,
not the few that may overshadow the reality where I live,
but also, for those that have been forever
some doors.

The figure of the Good Shepherd invites us to:
-Put less effort into activities, meetings and delegations ....
more interested and for those pastors giving all
of his life, are at the edge of many cliffs.
-Close the umbrella of so many ideas that people spend,
and who stay on the table and ... to travel many roads
that lead to these people, their circumstances,
and its reality.
-Build a Church where, really, feel the presence
Good Shepherd by the testimony, the word, interest,
closeness, understanding, etc.., through those pastors
speaking acting on their behalf.

El Buen Pastor...

Jesús, prototipo del buen pastor

La figura del Buen Pastor nos interpela a:

-Ser menos jefes y más pastores de la Iglesia.

-Pedir a DIOS que necesitamos más pastores

en su Iglesia y menos jefes en la iglesia.

-A no poner excesivo peso en los hombros de los demás

y a cargar, cuando haga falta, con aquel que, tal vez ,

está un poco cansado.

-A no conformarnos con aquellos que están alrededor, y sí,

a salir de nuestro círculo  con valentía, para recuperar,

a los que hace tiempo se perdieron, los perdimos,

o los dejamos escapar.

La figura del Buen Pastor nos urge a:

-No ser funcionarios eclesiales y sí personas

que quieren ser felices llevando el mensaje de Jesús.

-Mirar a los ojos a los que, tal vez, hemos olvidado

o marginado porque nos resultaban incómodos

o proféticos para nuestra vida.

-Realizar un esfuerzo mayor en el conocimiento, y menos

en los juicios, sobre aquellos a los que desde nuestra posición

privilegiada, castigamos con el látigo de la indiferencia.

La figura del Buen Pastor nos empuja a:

-Preguntar por aquellos que, tal vez, se encuentran inmersos

en mil soledades, al borde del “crac” personal,

o de una “ruptura existencial”.

-Interesarnos por aquel al que le pusimos veto en nuestro redil.

-Curar las heridas producidas por la excesiva  dureza

del cayado con unos o... por la blandura y el consentimiento

del mismo cayado con otros.

La figura del Buen Pastor nos enseña a:

-Salvar a personas, con nombres y apellidos concretos,

que viven circunstancias de orfandad y de decepción,

de pasotismo o indiferencia.

-A comprender y liberar (no indagar) en las historias personales

de aquellos que viven bajo el peso de ellas.

Si Dios perdona… ¿nosotros por qué no?

-A dar la vida, en gestos y palabras, en decisiones y cercanía,

no a los pocos que tal vez eclipsan la realidad donde vivo,

sino también, por aquellos otros que han visto para  siempre

algunas puertas.

La figura del Buen Pastor nos  invita a:

-Poner menos empeño en actividades, reuniones y delegaciones....

y a interesarnos más por aquellos pastores que dando el todo

de su vida, se encuentran al borde de muchos precipicios.

-Cerrar el paraguas de tantas ideas que gastan a las personas,

y  que se quedan sobre la mesa y... a recorrer muchos caminos

que nos llevan a esas personas, a sus circunstancias,

y a su realidad concreta.

-Construir una Iglesia donde, de verdad, sintamos la presencia

del Buen Pastor por el testimonio, la palabra, el interés,

la cercanía, la comprensión, etc., a través de aquellos pastores

que hablan actúan en su nombre.
