We must do everything as if things and success depend only on us, but knowing that ultimately everything depends on God.
That is why prayer is so important. As the saying goes, "God in prayer, and those who help themselves", ie, praying and acting. The same sentence, if true, will lead the ministry and action, and apostolic action or other action well done, will lead to prayer.
We throw in the apostolate, asking God thanks and timely aid in prayer, and do so by gathering for us and especially for our brothers, so that we as aqueducts for which passes from grace God to men.
We can not have confidence in God, but pray. And we can not get well and pray God, if you do not trust him and not trust him if he does not know or know very little. In contrast, if we know and are convinced that God is the infinite goodness that we want to give much, much, and that is sad when we ask little, because he wants to give us great things, then yes we will launch in the way of confident prayer and nothing and nobody can resist our step because we have God with us, and who has God has everything and is immunized against the enemies of the soul.
