Reflection...

The Masters of faith enlighten us

[Christ Jesus] had to go up to Jerusalem, there to suffer greatly. With his resurrection from the dead the Lord opened the road to Jerusalem above. By doing so put an end to the Jerusalem below, thus concluding its worship. Since before Christ, which was the first of those who awoke from the sleep of death, it was necessary to leave the city in search of God on this earth, and also reached to the Temple in order to benefit from all that purifies men before God. After his resurrection all this we must look for him in the Jerusalem above. In order that the path to the top would be open for us to go there the earthly Jerusalem to suffer many things at the hands of priests, high priests and scribes [experts in Scripture], to end up being glorified heavenly priests; such heavenly priests are those having benefited from his kindness, were established as his ministers, as priests of the only High Priest. He also wanted to have, and then be glorified by the scribes, who know the Scriptures. Scribes were those dealing with the scriptures written in black and white, on paper, but the Scriptures which are outlined and delineated by the Holy Spirit. In the earthly Jerusalem the Lord must die, for after his resurrection take dominion over the mountain of Zion, the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem (Heb 12:22).

Now meditate on the Lord told Peter Retire, stand behind me, Satan! (Mt 16:23 and par.) And that change in time of temptation, very harshly told the Devil: Withdraw, Satan! (Mt 4:10). It's very good to follow Jesus, marching behind him. So it is written: Come follow me and I will make you fishers of men! (Mt 4:19). In the same sense we must understand the words, which does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me (Matthew 10:38). In any case, every time you hear follow me or come after me, meditation is very good thing to follow God and Christ. The opposite is to pull behind the Word of God (cf. Ps 50 (49), 17). The Lord warns us that not everyone has the courage to follow it, and to do so you have to be able to give oneself. So all our thoughts, words and deeds should arise for the surrender ourselves to bear witness to Christ. When Paul said: nevertheless I live (Gal 2:20) We at the words of someone who lost their life in order to receive in your life to Christ, to live in it, and in us, which Justice, Peace, Wisdom, and Holiness.

unos cuantos cercanos a ti...

Our Lady,
Our Lady of Sorrows
Sept. 15
The Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin that attracted the most devotion are: the prophecy of Simeon, the flight into Egypt, the three days Jesus was lost, the encounter with Jesus carrying the cross, his death on Calvary, the Descent, the placement in the tomb.

Simeon had previously announced opposition to Mother that he would raise his Son, the Redeemer. When she, at forty days old offered his son to God in the Temple, Simeon said: "This child should be cause for both fall and resurrection for the people of Israel. Shall post a sign that many rejected and you a sword will pierce your own soul "(Lk 2:34).

The pain of Mary on Calvary was sharper than any other in the world, because there has been no mother who had a heart as tender an the Mother of God. As there has been equal to his love. She suffered all for us to enjoy the grace of redemption. He suffered voluntarily to demonstrate his love, for love is tested with the sacrifice.

Not to be the Mother of God Mary could cope with their pain but to see things from God's plan and not herself, or rather, endorsed the plan of God. We must do the same. The Sorrowful Mother we lend a hand to help.

Devotion to the Sorrows of Mary is the source of countless thanks because it reaches deep into the heart of Christ. If you often think of the false pleasures of this world would embrace with patience the pains and sufferings of life. We pierce the pain of sins.

The Church encourages us to give ourselves unreservedly to the love of Mary and carry our cross patiently accompanied the Sorrowful Mother. She really wants to help us carry our daily crosses, for it was in her dying Son ordeal that we entrusted the care of his mother. It was his last will to love his mother as he loved Him
The Word of God
"Simeon blessed them and said to Mary his mother:" This child is set for the fall and rising of many in Israel, and for a sign of contradiction - and you yourself a sword will pierce your own soul - to the remaining discovered the thoughts of many hearts. "

There was also a prophetess, Anna the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher, the elderly, after marrying had lived seven years with her husband, and a widow until she was eighty-four years old and never left the temple, serving God night and day with fasting and prayer.

As at that very hour she gave thanks to God and spoke of him to all them that looked for redemption in Jerusalem.
So I performed all things according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their city Nazareth. The child grew and became strong, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him. His parents went every year to Jerusalem for the Passover feast.

When he was twelve years old, they went up as usual to the party and, turning after the days, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem without his parents knowing. But believing that he would be in the caravan, they went a day's journey, and sought him among their relatives and acquaintances, but to not find him, they returned to Jerusalem, seeking him. "Luke 2, 34-45
"When they saw him, were astonished, and his mother said," Son, why have you done this? Look, your father and I anxiously been looking for you. " Lk 2, 48
"All you who pass by the way, look and see if there suffering like that torments me," Lam 1, 12

Particles of Gospel...

Gospel particles

Doubling our treasure.

And he that had received two gained two more. (Mt 25, 17).

comment:

Just as we get hold of a treasure that we can live this earthly life, so we must seek to become rich in the eyes of God, using and using all the gifts and graces that God has given us, and we must also use the same gifts we get for the same purpose, ie, to make us a treasure in heaven, where there is no danger of being stolen thieves.

God wants to get off of men, so not worth the saying of those who say: "I do not do anything wrong," and believes that it is safe and deserve Heaven.No! God wants us to avoid evil, but we do positively good, because with your help we can give glory to God, that while we do not increase the glory of God, because it is infinite and God can not add anything, however we must bear fruit because God has created for it.

Everyone should know her as well use their material and spiritual wealth with which God has endowed him, and work tirelessly to occur at the end of his life before God, with his hands full of good works. So yes the faithful servant may hear those beautiful words of the Lord: "Come, good and faithful servant, enter part of the joy of your Lord." And this will be forever, forever and ever, or as they say: "As God is God."

Jesus, Mary, I love you, save souls.

Happines...

The secret of happiness

The first thing to know that there is the presence
of God in all things in life, and therefore,
you love him and thank him for everything
you have and all the things that happen to you.

The second is that you love yourself,
and every day to get up and at bedtime
you say: I am important, I am worth,
I can, I'm smart, I'm loving,
I expect a lot from me, there is no obstacle
you can not win. This step is called
high esteem.

The third step is that you must implement
everything you say you are, that is, if you think
you're smart, act wisely;
if you think you are able, do what you propose;
if you think you're loving, express your love;
if you think that there are no obstacles that can not
win, then Aim goals in your life
and struggle to achieve them. This step
is called motivation

The fourth step is that you should not envy
so anyone has or what it is,
they reached their goal, you achieve yours.

The fifth step is that you should not hold
bitterness in your heart towards anyone;
that feeling will not let you be happy;
let God's laws do justice,
and you ... forgive and forget.

The sixth step is that you should not take things
not belong to you, remember that according
the laws of nature, tomorrow will take away
something more valuable.

The seventh step is that you should not mistreat
anyone, all beings in the world have
right to be respected and we want
never be underestimated and sensitivity
and each other's feelings.

And finally, get up with a smile
on the lips, look around you and discover
in all things the good and beautiful;
think of how lucky you are to have
all you have, helping others,
without thinking that you are getting something in return;
look at the people and discover in them
qualities.

Saint Faustina...

Fragment of the Diary of Saint Faustina Kowalska,
"Divine Mercy in my soul", with comment

From the ruins.

559 Once, upon entering the chapel, I saw the walls of an abandoned house as [200], the windows were without glass, doors unfinished leafless, only had the frames. Suddenly I heard these words in my soul: This must be the convent. Truthfully, I did not like much I had to be in those ruins.

comment:

This ruined building is like our soul, that after the inheritance of original sin, and our own sins, is as in ruins, and only God can, in view of such a distressing spectacle, hope to build something good.

Indeed sin leaves us very battered, and only because God is omnipotent, we can expect that he will know reconstruct the building of our soul and make it a masterpiece of grace and holiness.

God knows out of evil, the good, and a lot of debris, make a palace. Therefore we must not fear the architect and builder is God, since He is very experienced and through the ruins that befall us in life for failures, setbacks and misfortunes of all types will expose a work construction teacher.

Did the Apostle did not say that we are living stones of the church building? So we should not worry if we see ruins in and around us, because God sees the future and promises us that if we have good will and we are guided by Him, then build great works. The important thing is that we introduce in ruins at the end of our days, when death comes to us, because that really would be irremediable.

Jesus, I trust in You.

Touch me, Lord...

Touch me, Lord!

For listening, as you want,
know clearly hear what you say.
And if sometimes, Lord, I turn my head,
beam, again, with the vane of faith,
marques me the meaning of my life.
Forgive me, Lord!
When I listen to you and pretend I did not.
When I hear, and I think that's not for me.
When I hear, and I become deaf.

Touch me, Lord!
Because, if I have only the hand of the world,
I feel like I lost the best part of you.
I turn away from the true path.
I hear what only a few interested.

Touch me, Lord!
And wake me from my spiritual slumber,
so, returning again to thee,
can understand that without you,
everything is empty, anxiety and suffering.

Touch me again, Lord!
Because, sometimes, I'm too touched
by the hands of a capricious world,
of a corrupt society,
an environment that will not let me hear,
what gives me peace and joy without limits.

Can I touch them, Lord?
Ábreme my ears, you listen.
My hands, to give me.
My eyes, to see.
My feet to walk.
My conscience, so you'll never forget.
Amen.
